I. Investor Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: Restricted to Accredited Investors (SEC Rule 501). Verification of liquidity is mandatory.

Confidentiality: Access to the H-Town Resale "Hybrid Model" prospectus requires a signed NDA. Unauthorized data distribution results in immediate disqualification.

Capital Allocation: Investments are restricted to Houston facility acquisition and multi-site rollout.

No Solicitation: This is not a public offering. We reserve the right to deny any applicant. Serious inquiries only.

II. Customer Terms of Service

Inventory: We sell a hybrid mix of curated second-hand and discounted new apparel. All items are sold "As-Is."

Sales Policy: All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or store credits.

Authenticity: We guarantee the brand representation of new inventory. Second-hand items are inspected for quality but carry no manufacturer warranties.

Liability: H-Town Resale is not liable for minor defects inherent in pre-owned goods.

III. Employment Terms

At-Will Status: Employment is at-will; either party may terminate the relationship at any time.

Integrity: Internal theft or unauthorized "first-picking" of high-value resale arrivals is grounds for immediate termination and legal action.

Proprietary Knowledge: Employees must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement regarding our "New + Used" sourcing and valuation algorithms.

Compliance: Adherence to Texas workplace safety standards is mandatory.
